How We Work With You On Your Project First of all, we offer you a free consultation in our office and showroom. Our discussion usually begins with the overall project goal. This will help us clarify what exactly must the new kitchen do for you - that the old one could not. We discuss your desires and needs, your priorities and the budget for your project. We clarify the changes and improvements you want to achieve. We offer ideas and share past experiences. We gather enough data to provide you with initial free estimate. Once you decide that our team is a good match for your project, we help you make decisions and choices that are important to you. There are many details that need to be taken care of. We do. We follow tried and true, step by step, well documented project management process developed and honed by KTU franchise system since 1988. You will get a detailed quote, a written contract, and specifications that are appropriate for your project. When the contract is signed and all final measurements are completed, the next step is ordering your materials. We will get firm delivery dates from our suppliers. We will then discuss with you on-site work schedule most convenient for you. The manpower required will be reserved. We schedule your project well in advance. Your project will have defined milestones and progress payments schedule that assures timely completion to your satisfaction.
